NO-ONE from Vara will ask you for your 12-24 character secret recover phrase, never ever share it with anyone no matter what
Sharing your seed phrase can allow anyone to access your wallet and funds
If you see someone ask for it, block the user and report them to the community to aware everyone about the scammer.
Secondly, No Admin will DM you first, if you are facing any issue you should create a ticket on Vara&Gear Discord or ask in the Official TG Community these are the only place where admins will help you resolve your queries.
